Her influence on her students and fellow educators was profound, as she effortlessly fostered friendships and a sense of community among her colleagues.\nFamily\nCaroline is survived by her loving husband, Herbert Saunders, and their three children, Wesley, Émilie, and Matthew. She was the beloved daughter of Louise Robert-Brunet and Marc-André Brunet and the dear sister of Mireille (Paolo) Testa. Caroline also leaves behind numerous cousins, nephews, extended family and friends who will hold her memory close to their hearts.\nPassions and Legacy\nOutside of her teaching career, Caroline was an avid dancer, a camping enthusiast, and a passionate supporter of her children’s sports activities. Her vibrant spirit and zest for life left an indelible mark on all who knew her. A close friend beautifully stated, “Caroline was a woman like no other, and I feel privileged to have had her in my life,” a sentiment echoed by all.\nAcknowledgments\nThe family expresses profound gratitude to the staff at Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry for their compassionate care during Caroline’s final days.
