SUMMARY:Michael Oskar Albrecht Oehlschlager
DESCRIPTION:In Loving Memory\n\n\nWith great sadness, we share that Michael Oehlschlager passed away peacefully at the Ajax hospital on August 2, 2026.\nMichael was a Beloved Father to Heidi and Connie, a proud Grandfather to Erika, Jordan, and Eva Maria, and a Cherished Great‑Grandfather to Kenan. He also leaves behind his niece, Susan and her children, Chelsea, Courtney and Lindsay and Great Great nephews Kayden and Adam, and Great Greta niece Anna.  He is reunited with his parents, his two sisters Else and Inge, and his beloved partner, Dulcie.\nMichael lived a life full of stories, many of them from his years as a Chef, especially his time at the German Club in Toronto. He was fiercely independent and hardworking, funny when you least expected it, and gentle when it mattered most. He loved his garden, adored his cats, and built an impressive stamp collection that reflected his curiosity about the world.\nHe will be deeply missed by his friends in Masset, BC, a community that meant so much to him.\nIn honour of Michael’s love for animals, donations to a local animal shelter would be appreciated.\n \nTechnical Difficulties Disclaimer:\n*In the event of technical difficulties, kindly refresh the webpage. This action may either restore the livestream or provide you with instructions regarding the current situation. Should we be unable to restore the livestream, we will endeavor to upload the recorded version as expeditiously as feasible.
