Frank John Fournier

In Loving Memory

FOURNIER, Frank John

Frank Fournier, 94 passed away after a long, extraordinary life defined by strength, curiosity, devotion, and fierce love for his family.

Frank began his career with Pratt and Whitney, where his dedication and talent quickly became apparent. He later joined British Petroleum, continuing with Petro Canada after the company’s acquisition. Working in marketing, Frank didn’t just do his job – he excelled at it.

His ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and build meaningful relationships set him apart. He was truly exceptional at what he did.

His contributions extended far beyond the corporate world. Frank served as an honorary police officer with the Toronto Police Association, a role he held with deep pride. He played a key part in creating the Toronto Police Museum, which continues to stand proudly at the police headquarters. His commitment to children, safety, and education, inspired him to help develop the Right Writer program, leaving a lasting impact on young people in the community.

Frank also brought his creativity and determination into entrepreneurship, developing his own juice business adventure that reflected both his innovative spirit and his boundless energy.

His career and curiosity took him around the world to Russia, and many other countries – filling his life with experiences and stories he treasured. Yet some of his most recent cherished travel memories were made closer to home with his family. Every summer, Frank and his family spent time at Hampton Beach and Wasaga Beach, creating traditions filled with sunshine, laughter, and togetherness. He also enjoyed trips to Hawaii and Disney World, cruises with his beloved wife, Maureen, and countless drives back to Montreal to visit family – always in a new car, full of anticipation, music and joy.

Because of Frank’s hard work, dedication, and life experiences, he was able to give his family, countless opportunities to explore the world, create memories, and enjoy adventures that they may not otherwise have had. His life of commitment and love enriched his family in many ways that will be treasured forever.

Frank was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Maureen, his son Frank Patrick, and his sister Madeline, each of whom he carried lovingly in his heart.

He leaves behind his daughters, Cyndy, and Cathy, who brought him immense pride and joy, his grandchildren, Connor and Aidan, who lit up his world, and the rest of his loving family, all of whom were shaped and strengthened by his enduring love. Frank was a man who would do anything for his family. He showed his love through action – through his generosity, his hard work, his loyalty, and the quiet steadiness of his presence. He was humble, warm, endlessly resourceful, and always there when his family needed him.

Frank Fournier’s legacy is one of love, leadership, adventure, and devotion. He will be loved and missed forever and remembered always by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
