Jacques Joseph Bernard passed away on Tuesday, October 6th, 2026 in Toronto, Ontario with his loving family by his side.
Jacques was born on January 11, 1948, in New Brunswick to his parents Laurina and Gabriel Bernard. He grew up in New Brunswick then later moved to Toronto.
Jacques is predeceased by his loving wife of 28 years, Lily Musy and his son Walter Musy. He is also predeceased by his loving partners, Cathy and Pauline. He will always be remembered by his son Mathew and grandchildren, Aaron and Larissa, and many family members and friends.
