1974 – 2025
Lisa Vanessa Carter born on September 19, 1974 in St. Kitts-Nevis. She migrated to Canada as a little girl, determined for success. Lisa graduated university with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and worked as a labour and delivery nurse at Mount Sinai hospital for 25 years. She dedicated her life to helping others in times of need and took pride in making an impact on her patients’ lives.
Sadly, Lisa passed away on January 23, 2025. She leaves behind her parents Randolph and Dorothea Edmead, her loving husband Kevin Carter, and her 5 children: Tyrell, Tayshon, Taijah, Tristyn, and Tia. Lisa also leaves behind her 3 young grandkids, Tayden, Avalyn & Kyle whom she loved so much.
Lisa fiercely dedicated her life to being a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, wife, sister and friend. She was once in a lifetime angel. She will be missed and, in our hearts, forever.
