Myrna Anita Clarke

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Myrna Anita Clarke, 82, of Pickering Ontario, announce that she passed away peacefully on October 8th, 2025.

Born on January 31, 1943, in Castries St. Lucia, to the late Delbert Blenman and Edith (Jordan) Blenman, Myrna spent the first part of her life growing up in Barbados before moving to England for many years, a time she often talked positively about in her later years, before finally moving to Canada where she would meet her husband Dowlen and spend the remainder of her days.

She was known for her bright and infectious personality that was seen by everyone she met.

She is survived by her sisters Coral, Hazel, Marvah and Sandra, her brother Tony, and she was the aunt to many nieces and nephews in Barbados, USA and England. She was predeceased by her husband Dowlen, and brother’s Blair, Clebert, Milton and Winston.

Visitation will be held at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, On October 17th, 2025 at 10am followed by a service at 11:30am and refreshments at 12:30pm.

She will very deeply be missed. Forever in our Hearts.
