With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Magdalene Patricia Gayle, who departed this life on June 27, 2025, in West Palm Beach, Florida, at the age of 79. Patricia, as she was lovingly known, passed peacefully with her devoted sisters and dear niece by her side.

Born on February 27, 1946, in Westmoreland, Jamaica to Lester and Nellie Mae Gayle, Patricia was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt. Her warmth, generosity, and steadfast love left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

Patricia is survived by her beloved son Gary, his wife Cindy, and her treasured grandchildren Gillian and Jaxon, as well as her precious great-granddaughter Peyton, who brought her immense joy in her later years.

She is also survived by her loving sisters Ena, Barbara, and Ceceline, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins who held her in the highest regard. She now reunites in eternal rest with her beloved parents, Lester and Nellie Mae and dearly missed siblings Jasmine, Alfred, and Myrtle.

Patricia lived a life of quiet strength, unwavering faith, and heartfelt kindness. Her presence was a source of comfort, her laughter a melody that echoed through family gatherings, and her wisdom a guiding light to all generations of her family.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will continue to inspire all who knew her. Her memory will be treasured forever.

A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held Friday July 11, 2025, where family and friends will gather to honor her remarkable journey and bid farewell to a truly cherished soul.
