Patricia (Pat) Alice Marie Sedlesky

Patricia Alice Marie Sedlesky, known affectionately as Pat, passed away peacefully at her home in Whitby, Ontario on July 14, 2026, at the age of 80. Born in Biscotasing, Ontario, on September 19th, 1945. Pat spent her early life in Toronto and subsequently moved to Sudbury before retiring in 2013. The past 14 years, Pat lived in Whitby, sharing a home with her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren.

Pat had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and travel. She will be remembered first and foremost for her deep love of family. She loved dancing, blueberry-picking, her vibrant summer flower beds, bountiful vegetable gardens, her bird feeders she kept fully stocked, her lucky weekend Bingo nights and her long, cherished walks with her beloved dog, Cooper.

She was predeceased by her parents, John Sedlesky and Marie Sedlesky (née St. Denis).

Pat leaves behind a beautiful legacy and will be lovingly remembered by her children: Sean Izzard, Tonya Izzard (Mark), and Paul Catalano; her brothers: Lawrence Sedlesky and Russel Sedlesky (Lisa); her grandchildren: Tyrone, Myah, Kory, Eugene (EJ), Hunter, Tayla, Ryan, Madison; her great-granddaughter Sarai, and extended family and friends.

The family extends a special thank you to all those who supported, cared for, and comforted Pat in her final chapter of life.
