Passed away peacefully, with the love of his family in his heart on Sunday, October 27, 2024 in his 75th year. Devoted husband of 15 years to Eulalie. Beloved father of Merla (Bobby) and Phillip Jr. (April). Proud grandparent to many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Dear sibling to Carlton (Norma), Jerome (Meriam) and Ursula (Avan). Phillip was predeceased by son Derrick, his brother Anthony and his parents Phillip Sr. and Cecile from Dominica. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
