Stanford Washington Orr

Stanford Washington Orr was born on March 29, 1943, in the Islington District of Portland, Jamaica. He passed away peacefully surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, warmth, and unforgettable memories.

Stanford was a man whose energy filled every room he entered. Known affectionately by many as “Leng” or “Cowboy,” he had a jovial spirit, a magnetic personality, and a sense of humour that could brighten anyone’s day. Everywhere he went he built friendships, leaving people smiling and feeling welcome in his presence.

He believed deeply that life was meant to be lived to the fullest, and he carried that belief in the way he loved, laughed, and connected with others. His vibrant personality, storytelling, and infectious laughter made him someone people were naturally drawn to.

Stanford was also a proud father of five children, who will forever carry his love, wisdom, and spirit in their hearts. His family and friends will remember him not only for his humour and lively presence, but for the way he brought people together and created lasting memories.

Though he is no longer with us physically, the impact of his life and the joy he spread will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
